The Hoymiles HiBattery 4020 S Extension Battery The HB-4020-S adds 4,02 kWh of LiFePO4 storage to compatible HiBattery 4020 systems. With 2.000 W charging and discharging power, IP66 protection, automatic self-heating, and at least 8.000 cycles at 70% state of health (SOH), this stackable module expands the energy reserve of the HiBattery 4020 X or HiBattery 4020 AC – without requiring a standalone inverter, PV system, or app.

Compatibility

The HB-4020-S is exclusively designed as an extension battery for Hoymiles HiBattery 4020 X and Hoymiles HiBattery 4020 AC It is designed for use with other devices. It cannot be operated independently and does not provide inverter, PV, Wi-Fi/app, or backup functions. Up to three HB-4020-S units can be added to each compatible main unit. Together with the 4,02 kWh battery integrated into the main unit, a system capacity of up to 16,08 kWh is possible when using the Hoymiles Smart Meter.
