The Victron VE.Direct to RS232 Interface is a communication adapter for connecting compatible Victron products with a VE.Direct port to equipment using an RS232 serial connection. Model ASS030520500 converts the interface while providing galvanic isolation between the Victron device and the connected host.
It is suitable for communication with computers, PLCs and other RS232 equipment using the VE.Direct protocol. Compatible VE.Direct products include battery monitors, solar chargers and inverters. The pre-assembled interface provides a practical solution for industrial monitoring, data logging and custom system-integration applications.
